Adding Adsense in Blogger Header Above Title is very easy,you just have to edit your blog template and after that you have to change the header widgets option i.e how many widgets you want to display on Header Area.
  • Go To Blogger.com >> Click On Template >> Edit HTML and Proceed it
  • Now Search for the below Code/Script(by Pressing CTRL+F)

  • Now when you found any one of the above Codes,immediately below you will find the below Script/Code

  • Replace the above Code with the below Code/Script or just change the green values
<b:section class='header' id='header' maxwidgets='3' showaddelement='yes'>
  • Now take a preview and hit save template,that's it.

How To Add Adsense ad unit Above The Blogger Header

  • Go To Blogger Dashboard
  • Click On Layout
  • And Now You will see an option of adding new widget in the header as shown
  • Now Just add AdSense ad from the Box,and wait for 5 minutes,Adsense Ads will dance on the blog header.

    I tried this on my blog but when I go to add the adsense, it won't let me. It keeps saying that I need to correct my errors. Well, the error is that it's a horizontal banner that is too wide for my blog. That's because my template doesn't allow header or footer ads, even after I modify the html codes. Am I doing something wrong?

      u might have placed the big size of ads that is not fit to the header ads.
      so u had to better to place the small rectangle ads to display properly

    Hi, i have done as you said but i am able to find the gadget above title and below title and not on the right side of blogger title , my blog template is a simple template, could you please help me on this ground

      in layout that appears in middle. but once you paste google adsense code in the above header gadget that will automatically display the google ads in the right side and above of the blogger headers

    I have a simple template also. It is one of the old ones and it disables the ability to put links near the header and also in the body or at the end of a post. I used to have a single line of adsense links after the blog post but it changed them to the square ads after the post. It only gives the option of a big banner ad or the square ad. It looks stupid but I got tired of messing with it. I think I will try to go in again and look at the html. I had trouble finding the code before because it collapses everything with the new format so you have to open each little > one by one and it is a pain in the butt to do.

    Oh, and I love your blog. You know so much and are so helpful. Thank you so much!
